Proyecto - Innovación en los cuidados - Centrovidaas
Project definition
This line of work within VidaAs is aimed at promoting innovation in proximity care, encouraging new ways of providing care that are person-centred, with a preventive approach, oriented towards a healthy life, and with a strong territorial perspective.
The project focuses on applied innovation in care within the home and the community, developed specifically at the Centro Polivalente de Allo as a proximity experimentation and reference space. This facility enables innovation to be transferred to the surrounding social and health territory, generating a tangible impact in rural environments.
Through this territorial anchoring, innovative approaches are integrated to respond to the real needs of people, families, and professionals in the social and health fields. Access to training is promoted under conditions of equity, alongside the experimentation of new care practices and the strengthening of community care, reducing territorial gaps and bringing innovation closer to rural contexts.
