Project definition

European project bringing together Navarre and Pyrénées-Atlantiques to create accessible training and new job opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation for people with disabilities. INCLUS-IA improves the efficiency and inclusiveness of labour markets and access to quality employment by developing social infrastructures and promoting the social economy.

Over 3 years, accessible AI training will be designed, digital skills will be developed, talent will be connected with companies, and a model for integration and inclusion will be created that can be replicated across Europe.

The INCLUS-IA project has been co-funded at 65% by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A Spain–France–Andorra Programme (POCTEFA 2021–2027).

Objectives

INCLUS-IA aims to improve the employability and labour inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities by developing digital skills and knowledge in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. To this end, the project will design and implement a cross-border pilot programme for training and employment support between Navarre and Pyrénées-Atlantiques, facilitating access to new professional opportunities in emerging sectors and promoting an inclusive digital transformation that leaves no one behind.

Consortium

The project consortium is composed of the Government of Navarre, through the Directorate-General for Planning, Coordination, Innovation and Evaluation of Public Policies, as the lead entity, together with TASUBINSA, Fundación Ciganda Ferrer – Colegio El Molino, TeReSA, and STEP (France). In addition, the following organisations participate as associated partners: CRIC Pyrénées, ADAPEI64, LesPEP64, Cap Emploi, IA Pau, and French Tech Pau Béarn.
